God With Us

How can we learn to be with Jesus is such a chaotic world?

Everyday there are things vying for our attention and our hearts. We have the day to day responsibilities, but match that with worry, fear, restlessness, distractions of technology, plus more. With so much coming at us, can we truly live with peace and joy in this world? (Good news, the answer is yes!)

God wants His children to live in such a way where we have the peace of Christ abiding within us. His desire is that no matter what happens in our lives, we have this inner confidence that’s rooted in our relationship with Christ.

Matthew 1:23 says; "The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" (which means "God with us").

In light of this Christmas season, take a moment to reflect on what God did by sending His Son to earth. Even the Christmas season gets so busy, but I want to encourage you to slow down. Reflect on this- by God sending His Son to earth and making a way of reconciliation back to the Father, God made a way where we can abide with Christ FOREVER. Do you realize what this entails? This means true life, peace, joy, every form of spiritual blessing, freedom, and purpose is ours. It means while on earth, we get a taste of what heaven is like thru our relationship with Jesus Christ.

The good news is, whatever is holding you back doesn’t need to hold you back. Our freedom can be found when we learn to be with Jesus every day. Our freedom is found in this: Immanuel, God with us. No matter what your life looks like today, Jesus is waiting for you to put your focus on Him. He is ready and willing to be with you and reveal the purpose you’ve been searching for.
